Parents Feedback
At Bentham we value parent comments and over the years parents have commented on our services via our surveys as follow:
Partnership with parents are important and their comments are invaluable to us. We have listened to and acted on their observations over the years and have made improvements to our service, policies and procedures to ensure that Bentham provide high quality education and care.
- “I think Bentham is a very secure nursery for my child. No-one is free to pick him up without a password and the doors are all safe.” "Also the nursery has a camera so they are sure when they at the door."
- “My child feels very welcome with all the staff and so he feels safe, cared for, hugged and kissed. It’s like a second home to him.”
- “My child feels safe and has formed very good relationships with the staff and other children.” “He is confident, social, loves singing … now communicates a lot better with children his age and adults.”
- “I study with my son at home. I revise all the new things he learns in the nursery. I found it helpful when the key-worker gave me the task. I’m sure some of the new things are quiet difficult because he is learning two different languages at the same time”.
- “My child now is confident and social. Since he came to the nursery he improves behavior and now he can understand how to share the toys and play in a nice way.”
- “My daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since attending Bentham, her social skills continue to improve daily.”
- “I find it comforting to know that my daughter has a balanced diet and plenty of fruit and veg which is a reflection of her diet at home.”
- “My son is very fussy but gradually he is trying new things like cucumber and lettuce and now eats butter on a cracker which in my eyes is a major improvement! And while at nursery he eats plenty of fruit as he doesn’t like much else!”
- “I have nothing bad to say about Bentham, and if I did have any worries I know I could address them with staff”.
- “They are very good teachers. I like how they look after my son”.
